We offer a 30-day return policy only in cases where the item arrives damaged, incorrect, or with a manufacturing defect.
Because all our products at MemoryFlick™ are custom-made to order, we do not accept returns or refunds due to a change of mind.
To request a return, contact us within 30 days of delivery at memoriiesbox@gmail.com
Once approved, we will provide return instructions and a shipping label if applicable.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.

It must be in its original packaging.

Proof of purchase is required.
Return address:
Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Exceptions (non-returnable items):

Personalized products (like the FlickBox with your photos), unless damaged or incorrect.

Sale items or gift cards.
European Union Orders:
If your order is shipped to the EU, you may cancel your order within 14 days of receipt, only if the product has not been personalized.
Refunds:
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
